Track 1 : 3D > 2D > 3D

I am a great fan of puzzles and I love fixing stuff together so when I came upon a grasshopper tutorial that could teach me how to do just that. i was 😀

Basically, this direction is about how we could model something in 3D, flatten it out to a 2D fabrication, and then putting it back together into 3D. Think of flat-pack DIY cameras and IKEA furniture!

I started out with simple shapes like rectangles and cylinders.

HOWEVER, i’m seriously impaired with Rhino 4 because I’m kinda stuck now.  And I cant get it to work with other shapes! BUT, I’ll keep trying and see how many possibilities I can play around with..
