Born and bred in Singapore, Clement studied Industrial Design at the National University of Singapore. He designs with the relationships between objects, people, and contexts in mind, and believes in the enrichment of atmospheres through the accurate placement of design in everyday life. Clement has a keen interest in phenomenology, sciences, and mathematics, and enjoys designing in an intuitive manner.

Since graduation in 2012, Clement has been practicing design independently, while teaching industrial design at the National University of Singapore. In this course, ID2112, Clement hopes to guide students through designing with algorithms, creating 2 or 3 dimensional outcomes that might not necessarily be functional, but certainly are purposeful explorations in the field of digital design.
